Prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and billed monthly through Stripe. Customers never pay anything to use Cutz. Payment for a haircut happens between you and your client. See the Terms of Service for full billing details.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

How does the LAUNCH code work?

Add LAUNCH when you join as a barber (on this page now, or in the app once it is out) and your first 3 months are free. Only the first 10 barbers to redeem it get the offer, and each account can use it once. When the 3 months end your subscription continues at 300 kr/month unless you cancel first.

Do you take a commission on my bookings?

No. You pay a flat monthly subscription and that's it. Clients pay you directly for their cut, however they already do.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. You can cancel from your profile in the app. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for and won't be charged again.

What happens when a client doesn't show up?

Mark them as a no-show from the booking. Strikes expire after 2 months, but a client with 3 active strikes can't book anyone on Cutz for 6 months. Clients also can't cancel inside the 24 hours before their appointment.

Can clients walk in without booking?

Yes. While you're online, clients can join your live queue from the app, see their position and get notified when they're up.

I run a salon. Can my whole team join?

Yes. Pick the Salon plan, invite your staff, and each barber gets their own calendar and profile under your shop. It costs 300 kr/month plus 50 kr for each active staff member.

Is Cutz available on Android?

Cutz is on iPhone right now. If you'd like to hear when Android launches, email cutz.support@gmail.com.
