To welcome our first barbers, the code LAUNCH gives you 3 months of the Barber subscription for free.

It's limited to the first 10 barbers who redeem it, and each account can use it once. Nothing is charged during the free months. When they end, your subscription continues at 300 kr/month unless you cancel first.

The LAUNCH panel on our barbers page shows live whether the code is still available.

Before launch we reviewed how data moves through Cutz and closed several gaps, tightening who can read and change what at the database level.

Most of this is invisible, and that's the point. Your account, your bookings and your barber's business details are only reachable by the people who should see them. Read more in our privacy policy.

Not every client books through the app. Barbers and salons can now add a booking manually for clients who call, message or ask in person.

Manual bookings use the same time slots and the same double-booking checks as app bookings, so your calendar stays the single source of truth.

When a code like LAUNCH gives you free months, those months are now applied as a trial period in billing, so there's no charge until they're over. The subscription screen shows your free months clearly instead of 'first month charged today'.

We also send a reminder push notification before your free period ends, so the first charge is never a surprise.

Cutz now blocks overlapping bookings on the server. That covers identical times and also a longer service that would run into the next slot.

If someone grabs a time a moment before you, you'll be asked to pick another instead of both of you turning up for the same chair.

Barber profile pages on the web used to guess a currency from your browser, so 200 kr could show up as £200. Prices now always appear in Danish kroner, exactly as they do in the app.

Cutz now supports salons. A salon gets one profile on the map listing every barber, and clients choose who they want to book with.

Owners invite staff with a join code, set shift schedules, handle time-off requests and manage the shop from a salon dashboard. Solo barbers can upgrade their existing account to a salon and keep their bookings and ratings.

Salon pages also have shareable links at cutzapp.one/s/…, which open straight in the app on iPhone.

You can now request to reschedule a booking instead of cancelling and starting over.

If the day you want is full, join the waitlist for a time window. We'll send a push notification as soon as a cancellation opens a slot.

Barbers can share their Cutz profile link anywhere: Instagram bio, WhatsApp, a sign on the mirror. Anyone who opens it sees the barber's services and prices and can book online with a Cutz account.

On an iPhone with Cutz installed, the same link opens the profile directly in the app.
