Good questions.
Who counts as a staff member?
Every active barber in your salon apart from you, the owner. The 300 kr base covers the salon and you, and each active staff member adds 50 kr a month.
What happens to the bill when someone joins or leaves?
Your price follows the size of your active team. Add a barber and it goes up by 50 kr a month; remove one and it goes down. You're billed monthly through Stripe.
Does the LAUNCH code work for salons?
No. LAUNCH (3 months free for the first 10 barbers) is for the individual Barber subscription. See Cutz for barbers for details.
Do you take commission from my barbers?
No. Clients pay your barbers directly, and Cutz never takes a percentage of any booking.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from the app. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Full details are in the Terms of Service.
